Project Manager II
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of a flagship clinical software initiative, the remote Project Manager II will manage project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout a contract position.
Key responsibilities:
- Define project charters, scope, and detailed work breakdown structures across technical and clinical workstreams
- Coordinate and track intricate cross-functional dependencies, including mobile workflows and clinical research integrations
- Establish reporting cadences and KPI metrics to deliver consistent updates to executive sponsors and project teams
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of direct project management experience delivering software or healthcare-related applications
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Experience with collaboration and project platforms, including Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
