Job Summary

Leading the execution of clinical trials remotely, the full-time Project Manager II will manage project teams, ensure adherence to budgets and timelines, and deliver high-quality results for biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project team coordination and ensure milestone achievement across various functions including Regulatory and Clinical Operations
• Maintain project budget and scope to ensure profitability while adhering to project plans and compliance standards
• Facilitate effective communication and provide project status and progress reports to stakeholders internally and externally

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, CRO, or academic research settings
• Proven experience leading teams and managing internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively
