Project Manager II

Job Summary

Managing the full project life cycle, the full-time remote Project Manager II will oversee projects related to the output of print and digital healthcare ID cards, ensuring adherence to quality standards and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, and resources while facilitating project execution and closure
• Utilize project management tools to maintain detailed documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and negotiate with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency with project management tools, such as MS-Project and MS-Office applications
• Experience leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
