Job Summary
Leading complex, cross-functional projects within North America's messaging portfolio, the full-time remote Project Manager II will manage enterprise customer migrations, carrier integrations, and operational workflows while ensuring project delivery and strategic visibility through effective communication and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for messaging initiatives, including large enterprise migrations and carrier integrations
- Manage operational workflows and optimize cross-team collaboration using tools like Jira and Slack
- Support troubleshooting activities and provide strategic visibility through presentations and project updates
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of technical project management experience in CPaaS, telecommunications, or A2P messaging
- Strong understanding of the North American messaging ecosystem, including 10DLC, Short Code, and MMS
- Proven experience in leading enterprise customer migrations and managing software or carrier integrations
- Advanced proficiency in Agile project management tools and communication platforms
- PMP certification or similar is a strong nice-to-have
