Job Summary

Managing the full project life cycle, the full-time remote Project Manager II will oversee project planning, execution, and closure while utilizing cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor projects, ensuring adherence to defined requirements and quality standards
• Maintain detailed project documentation and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and negotiate with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS-Project and MS-Office applications
• Experience leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
