Job Summary

Managing risk adjustment projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager II will oversee project life cycles, track monthly goals, and collaborate with various teams to meet Annual Risk Adjustment Goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure of risk adjustment projects
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders effectively
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS-Project, and MS-Office applications
• Experience leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
