Project Manager II, California

Job Summary

To support the implementation of the Zero Emission School Bus and Infrastructure (ZESBI) Incentive Project, the full-time remote Project Manager II, California will manage stakeholder engagement, oversee incentive processing, and ensure seamless project execution for electric school bus initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the School Bus Team in implementing Electric School Bus Incentive Projects and act as the liaison for incentive processing
• Engage with external stakeholders, including state agencies, to facilitate project implementation and ensure a smooth application process
• Monitor applications, agreements, and documentation while developing project standard operating procedures and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the California or national school bus and/or infrastructure industry
• 2-3 years of project management experience with a focus on zero-emission initiatives
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Sustainability, Environmental or related fields
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information for diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience using computer applications, including MS Suite and CRM systems
