Project Manager II - NC Licensed

Job Summary

To support clinical trial feasibility and study intake, the full-time Project Manager II - NC Licensed will serve as a key subject matter expert, coordinating efforts across clinical, operational, and administrative functions while working remotely during normal business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Leads assessments of Principal Investigators and site capabilities to align with study-specific requirements
• Coordinates the collection and communication of study-specific information to facilitate effective transitions with internal stakeholders
• Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators related to feasibility and study intake, identifying trends for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Nursing, or Basic Science with two years of relevant administrative and medical experience
• One year of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of scientific principles applicable to clinical trials
• Experience in both single- and multi-center studies
• Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various functions
