Project Manager III

Job Summary

Providing remote project management for the Information Management Division, the full-time salaried Project Manager III will oversee the transition from legacy tools to enterprise solutions, manage data migration, and facilitate stakeholder engagement for NASA's eMITS contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for the migration and decommissioning of legacy platforms/tools to the new enterprise platform
• Map existing workflows and optimize core processes to ensure alignment with platform best practices
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage organizational change communication, and drive user adoption strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Project Management, Communications, Business Administration, or an IT-related discipline
• 8 years of project management experience
• 3-5 years of experience in business/mission outcomes, strategic/tactical project planning, and operational implementation
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSPO)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
