Project Manager III
Job Summary
To support the Department of Employee Trust Funds, the full-time Project Manager III will lead multiple agile teams in data management and analytics projects, utilizing Scrum methodologies while working remotely within Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and direct scrum teams for ETL, data conversion, and business intelligence initiatives
- Oversee daily work efforts, ensuring accountability and removing roadblocks to enhance team performance
- Utilize JIRA to track team progress and status, while mentoring team members and fostering collaboration
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a scrum-master role leading agile teams
- Proven experience in data management, analytics, and business intelligence projects
- Strong technical knowledge in data architecture and governance
- Experience managing multiple scrum boards for project work and operations
- Current Wisconsin residency with no relocation options available
