Project Manager, Implementation

Job Summary

Leading the successful implementation of client health system programs, the remote Project Manager, Implementation will manage project execution, including planning, documentation, communication, and risk management, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client requirements and contractual statements of work
• Lead multiple concurrent client implementation projects, ensuring timely progress and clear communication across stakeholders
• Monitor project milestones and task completion, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years working for a healthcare or revenue cycle organization
• 3+ years in client-facing, technology-driven implementation or project management roles
