Project Manager - Implementations
Job Summary
Leading the implementation phase for new client setups and existing client renewals, the full-time Project Manager - Implementations will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope, and ensure client satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop project scope and establish quality objectives in consultation with stakeholders
- Communicate project status and manage risk/issue management plans and strategies
- Oversee project deliverables and serve as the main point of contact during the implementation phase
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience on software implementation projects
- Experience with healthcare data
- Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to lead and mentor team members
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment
