Job Summary
Managing the full life cycle of customer projects, the full-time Project Manager, Implementations will coordinate the delivery and implementation of subscription software products remotely, ensuring successful project milestones and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for the complete life cycle of customer projects, including new implementations and updates
- Lead the development of project plans and timelines while coordinating deliverables with technical teams and clients
- Support senior leadership in maintaining project schedules and communicating status, risks, and issues
Required qualifications
- Project management experience in a SaaS company with a successful track record of delivering complex initiatives
- Experience in wildland fire, forestry, electric utilities, or a related discipline
