Project Manager, Innovation

Job Summary

Owning project timelines and cross-functional communication, the full-time remote Associate Project Manager, Innovation will manage project plans and operational processes across the innovation pipeline to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and action logs for innovation initiatives from concept through launch
• Lead cross-functional execution across various departments, aligning partners on priorities and next steps
• Develop and present materials for executive meetings and synthesize complex project information for senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, commercialization, or a related field
• Proven track record of independently leading cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, or product innovation is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
