Project Manager, IT

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and delivery of business and technology projects, the full-time Project Manager, IT will coordinate project activities, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure adherence to project management methodologies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned projects, including ERP initiatives
• Facilitate project status meetings and maintain project documentation in accordance with PMO processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in supporting or managing business or IT projects, preferably with ERP implementations
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
