Project Manager IV

Job Summary

To support an enterprise initiative focused on improving the supplier onboarding process, the remote Project Manager IV will manage multiple workstreams, document current processes using Microsoft Visio, and develop recommendations for a more efficient future-state process over a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple workstreams within the supplier onboarding improvement initiative
• Document and map current-state processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and meetings to build alignment around process recommendations

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in process mapping and improvement
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Visio, including creating detailed process maps
• Experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on supplier onboarding
• Ability to understand complex processes and challenge stakeholder assumptions
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
