Job Summary

Experienced project managers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Project Manager - Learning & Development, responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning programs in the automotive industry while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, including digital, virtual, and instructor-led training programs
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk logs while managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Lead working group meetings and ensure requirements are clearly defined and validated before design and development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in learning and development
• Experience managing the development of learning solutions across various formats, including eLearning and technical training
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
