Project Manager, Long Haul Contracts

Job Summary

Managing construction contract administration and commercial controls for long-haul outside plant deployment projects, the full-time Project Manager, Long Haul Contracts will ensure proper execution of contracts, manage change orders, and maintain alignment with budget and schedule, with the option to work remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer OSP construction contracts while ensuring compliance with company standards
• Monitor contractor compliance and manage change requests, evaluating impacts on schedule, scope, and cost
• Track contract values and budgets, resolving discrepancies and supporting monthly forecasting activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure project management
• 3-5 years of experience administering construction contracts
• Understanding of OSP construction methods and familiarity with various contract types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software like SiteTracker preferred
