Project Manager - Major Correctives

Job Summary

Leading the execution of Major Component Upgrade (MCU) and Blade projects across North America, the full-time remote Project Manager - Major Correctives will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while managing project budgets, timelines, and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality documentation
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls while managing financial risks
• Act as the primary liaison for customers, facilitating communication and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related discipline; equivalent field experience considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wind energy, industrial construction, or related industries
• Experience managing Major Component Upgrades or similar large-scale field operations
• Working knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, and site logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Smartsheet, and project management tools
