Project Manager - Major Correctives

Job Summary

Leading the execution of Major Component Upgrade (MCU) and Blade projects across North America, the full-time remote Project Manager - Major Correctives will manage project planning, safety, quality, and financial performance while serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Develop detailed execution plans and monitor project progress, proactively managing risks and issues
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative, managing expectations and facilitating timely resolution of concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related discipline; equivalent field experience considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wind energy, industrial construction, or related industries
• Experience managing Major Component Upgrades or similar large-scale field operations
• Working knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, and site logistics
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
