Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Project Manager - Market Access, this full-time remote position will manage the project lifecycle for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, ensuring timely communication and adherence to project deadlines while overseeing regulatory submissions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the project lifecycle from implementation to completion, maintaining status updates and deadlines
• Prepare, submit, and monitor medical legal regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of deliverables
• Collaborate with account and support teams to establish and modify project timelines, proactively resolving any timeline issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced agency environment
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional agency teams
• High motivation, strong work ethic, and personal initiative
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
