Job Summary

Managing multiple workstreams, the full-time Project Manager - Solar will coordinate contractor activities, facilitate meetings, and maintain communication with stakeholders while working remotely and traveling up to 10% across upstate New York.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-ins with team members and manage facilitation of contractors
• Coordinate and develop agendas for ATWG meetings, fostering productive discussions
• Review contractor materials and keep state agency staff informed on project activities

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of practical project management experience with non-junior stakeholders
• Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong communication skills with comfort in virtual presentations
• Ability to multitask and manage relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with New York agriculture and policy context is preferred
