Job Summary
Leading a three-month project to enhance the hiring and onboarding process, the remote Project Manager - Onboarding Improvement will develop project plans, negotiate resources, and ensure compliance while collaborating with various teams including Talent Acquisition, IT, and Information Security.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans in alignment with departmental objectives, tracking and reporting on project status
- Negotiate resource allocation and delegate tasks to ensure project quality and client satisfaction
- Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans while coordinating the creation of policies and compliance measurements
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management with a strong focus on process improvement
- Experience managing agile projects with multiple work-streams
