Project Manager, Oncology Partnerships
Job Summary
To support strategic partnership development and institution recruitment, the part-time Project Manager, Oncology Partnerships will manage outreach pipelines, coordinate partnership activities, and analyze recruitment data while working remotely for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit medical oncology practices and cancer centers for Grand Rounds participation
- Cultivate relationships with patient advocacy organizations and strategic partners for educational initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines and communication among stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment and engagement data
- Proficiency with Excel, databases, and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
