Project Manager, Optimization Services
Job Summary
Overseeing a portfolio of Optimization Services client engagements, the full-time Project Manager, Optimization Services will manage software development, enhancements, maintenance, and support while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Optimization Services and maintenance/support engagements, ensuring reliable delivery of enhancements and fixes
- Develop and maintain schedules across multiple concurrent workstreams while tracking utilization against agreements
- Facilitate client communication through regular status calls, reporting, and check-ins to strengthen relationships and support quarterly reviews
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of project management or coordination experience in a software services environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent clients
- Working knowledge of PM or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, ServiceNow)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools or workflows in a software delivery context is a plus
