Project Manager PMO

Job Summary

To support the planning and delivery of business and technology projects, the full-time remote Symphony Project Manager PMO will manage project scope, facilitate meetings, and ensure adherence to project management methodologies while coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned projects, including ERP initiatives
• Maintain project scope, manage risks and issues, and facilitate regular project status meetings
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project activities

Required qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in supporting or managing business or IT projects, preferably with ERP implementations
• Experience in regulated industries, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, and other project management tools
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
