Project Manager - Retail Banking

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of retail banking refurbishment projects, the full-time Project Manager - Retail Banking will oversee planning, design, construction, and closeout while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Prepare project elements including scope of work, cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments in collaboration with clients
• Direct project delivery teams, tracking progress and implementing action plans to meet objectives and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced analytical mindset
• Ability to perform complex financial calculations and analyses
