Job Summary
Managing all aspects of real estate projects, the full-time Project Manager - Retail Banking will oversee planning, design, construction, and closeout while working remotely to ensure project objectives are met and risks are managed effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Direct project management for singular real estate projects, including scope, cost estimates, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients to prepare project documentation and define delivery resources
- Track project progress, report status, and implement risk mitigation plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Ability to perform complex financial calculations
