Project Manager, Retail Construction

Job Summary

Managing capital improvement projects for a dedicated client account, the full-time remote Project Manager, Retail Construction will oversee planning, design, construction, and close-out phases while ensuring projects meet budget and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific budgets, schedules, and strategies while building rapport with client representatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through design, documentation, and construction phases
• Facilitate critical project meetings and manage project and vendor performance against schedules and contractual requirements

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical experience in corporate real estate or construction management
• PMP certification or equivalent industry credential is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience managing capital improvement programs across a portfolio or dedicated account
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
