Job Summary

Leading retail construction projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager, Retail Construction will oversee project execution, budgeting, and scheduling while fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retail banking construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management to ensure successful project execution
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for effective conflict resolution

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in project management or construction management
• Proven track record of managing construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling
• Demonstrated proficiency in modern project management technology tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
• Direct experience in retail banking construction project management is advantageous
