Project Manager - Retirement Systems
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager - Retirement Systems Implementation for a remote contract position through June 2027, who will manage project activities through implementation phases, assess existing project plans, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned project activities through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and project close-out
- Quickly assess existing project plans, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and outstanding work
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, action items, RAID logs, and status reporting
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional Project Management experience
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects
- Experience managing at least one full lifecycle enterprise software implementation
- Experience working within an established PMO or formal project governance structure
- Must reside in the United States and have permanent authorization to work without sponsorship
