Project Manager, Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Leading system-level projects and process improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager, Revenue Cycle will optimize revenue cycle performance and financial outcomes while collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the Revenue Cycle Automation Program
• Act as the primary liaison among operational leaders, internal developers, and external automation partners
• Educate stakeholders on automation capabilities and maintain a prioritized automation roadmap

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and project management
• Experience with Epic revenue cycle modules and IT-driven solutions
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Strong understanding of professional billing (PB) and hospital billing (HB) within large health systems
