Job Summary
Connecting Proposal Management, Business Development, and PMO leadership throughout the RFP process, the full-time Project Manager - RFP Implementation will manage implementation plans, timelines, and staffing to ensure commitments made during proposals are achievable while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary PMO point of contact for implementation-related RFP and proposal activities
- Develop and validate project plans, schedules, and implementation timelines based on delivery experience and historical data
- Identify and address risks, assumptions, and resource constraints prior to proposal submission
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project management or implementation leadership experience
- Experience developing complex project plans for large-scale government implementations
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and lifecycle management
- Experience supporting RFP, proposal, or pre-sales activities
