Project Manager RMA and Warranty

Job Summary

Managing the Closure, RMA, and Warranty services function, the full-time Project Manager RMA and Warranty will oversee project closeout, warranty activities, and customer satisfaction for deployed SCADA and controls projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project closure plans, documentation management, and stakeholder support to ensure timely project completion
• Log and manage RMA and warranty requests, maintaining communication with customers and vendors while tracking case progress
• Prepare routine reports and dashboards summarizing project status, outstanding items, and warranty metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a project or operations manager in the solar or renewable energy industry
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with project-management and document-management tools
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including conflict resolution and cross-functional collaboration
