Project Manager (Scrum Master)
Job Summary
Managing the support of a mid-large scale product remotely, the full-time Project Manager (Scrum Master) will serve as a primary connection between government stakeholders and the Nava team, triaging issues, facilitating agile ceremonies, and driving alignment across multiple scrum teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between government stakeholders and the Nava team, managing agile ceremonies and triaging production incidents
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
- Monitor team velocity and sprint commitment reliability, continuously improving processes for planning and delivering work
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in a complex software development environment
- 3+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams and facilitating ceremonies
- Ability to serve as Scrum Master for two concurrent technical workstreams
- Direct experience using Agile performance metrics to monitor and improve team performance
- Experience managing engineering ticketing systems, preferably with Azure DevOps and Confluence
