Project Manager, Service Delivery

Job Summary

Owning the delivery process for business customer orders, the remote Project Manager, Service Delivery will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely service delivery while coordinating with internal teams and third-party resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services
• Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
• Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
• Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
• Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
