Project Manager, ServiceNow
Job Summary
To support delivery of solutions for clients, the full-time Project Manager, ServiceNow will manage multiple projects in a fully remote environment, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and alignment with customer expectations while applying Agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Build collaborative relationships with federal government clients to align solutions with their priorities
- Lead project teams through Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices
- Monitor project performance, manage scope changes, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of project/program management experience, including 1-2 years in federal government contracting
- Experience leading ServiceNow implementation as a project manager
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices; certification as a Scrum Master is a plus
- Knowledge of federal contract vehicles and terminology
- PMP certification (or equivalent) is required
