Project Manager (ServiceNow)
Job Summary
Leading multiple ServiceNow-related projects, the hybrid Project Manager (ServiceNow) will manage timelines, stakeholder communications, and project delivery while supporting the migration of workflows from BigHand to ServiceNow.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and coordination of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication
- Support the migration of existing business-services workflows to ServiceNow and drive technology compliance workflow improvements
- Proactively identify issues and remove roadblocks to keep projects aligned with priorities and stakeholder expectations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, particularly with technology or enterprise platform initiatives
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow and experience navigating the platform for project support
- Experience with workflow migrations, process improvement, or enterprise system implementations is preferred
- Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills
- Local to the Chicago area with the ability to work onsite as needed
