Project Manager (USA)

Job Summary

To support clinical research projects, the full-time Project Manager (USA) will ensure successful project initiation, planning, execution, and closure while coordinating with sponsors and internal teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and vendors, coordinating tasks and deadlines among project departments
• Oversee project coordinators and ensure compliance with project scope, timelines, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and provide project status updates to both internal and external parties

Required qualifications

• B.Sc. in a related field of study to clinical research
• At least 3 years of experience in managing clinical studies within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards, as well as FDA and Canadian regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong oral and written communication skills in English; French is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to manage small to medium projects effectively in a team environment
