Project Manager, VA Certified

Job Summary

To support the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Project Manager, VA Certified, will manage multiple concurrent pilots, ensuring compliance with VA standards while maintaining project documentation and facilitating stakeholder engagement remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the Government-approved Project Management Plan, integrated schedule, and Portfolio Management Dashboard for visibility into project status and performance
• Lead weekly status meetings with stakeholders and produce regular reports on budget, schedule, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop executive-level briefing materials and ensure coordinated execution across the portfolio

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• Minimum four (4) years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with relevant experience in a large corporation or government agency
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
