Job Summary
Leading the delivery of a federal IT application modernization and sustainment program, the full-time Task Order Project Manager with Security Clearance will oversee program execution, manage Agile development activities as Scrum Master, and ensure compliance with performance standards while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of IT application modernization, sustainment, and cybersecurity support activities
- Oversee project schedules, personnel assignments, technical performance, and program risks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Jira-based project planning and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of relevant information technology experience
- Demonstrated experience managing federal IT programs involving application modernization and software development
- Experience serving as Scrum Master and leading Agile software development activities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other qualifying Project Management certification
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
