Project Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of complex projects, the full-time remote Project Operations Analyst will oversee the lifecycle of projects from contract approval to final Permission to Operate, while also supporting partner onboarding and process development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage numerous projects throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely completion
• Support the expansion into new markets and products by onboarding partners and tailoring training materials
• Review project documents for compliance and accuracy, processing milestone approvals and communicating with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience; experience in solar and data systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and project management tools preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines while working independently
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills with various levels and departments
