Job Summary
Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time Project Operations Manager will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for project delivery across service implementations, ensuring alignment with customer success while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Owns the project portfolio, managing PM assignments and ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Executes portfolio-level delivery assurance, identifying risks and driving mitigations
- Builds PM talent pipelines through coaching and development, setting expectations for performance and quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- 2+ years managing HCM, Payroll, or Benefits application implementations
- Experience with portfolio-level oversight and resource allocation across multiple projects
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential
