Job Summary
Leading multi-site physical move operations, the full-time Outsourced Project Operations Manager will manage end-to-end project execution, maintain compliance with federal security standards, and build operational teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational SOPs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership during multi-site move operations
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and direct management of project team members and site leads
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, end-to-end project operations
- Strong knowledge of KPI tracking, SOP development, and chain-of-custody protocols
- Proven ability to manage multi-site projects and maintain client relationships
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
- Must be able to pass a Federal Clearance
