Project Scheduler

Job Summary

To support the AES Scheduling team, the full-time remote Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules for utility-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment and driving schedule accuracy through proactive planning and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and recommends innovative scheduling tools and techniques
• Collaborates with project managers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
• Develops and updates project schedules, providing regular status reports, risk assessments, and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Scheduling or Project Controls within renewable energy, construction, or EPC sectors
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong strategic planning and analytical thinking capabilities
• Proven ability in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation
• Commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies
