Project Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of complex network infrastructure programs, the full-time remote Project Senior Analyst will ensure timely execution of project tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate coordination between internal teams, carriers, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of network infrastructure projects, tracking task progress and ensuring completion according to schedules
• Facilitate communication across teams and vendors, participating in project calls to relay updates and discuss timelines and risks
• Collect project data from various tools to support planning, prepare information packages for teams, and maintain project trackers and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in ordering or implementing services such as voice, data, or fiber infrastructure
• Experience working within a telecom provisioning, service delivery, or network operations environment
• Working knowledge of basic cabling and fiber infrastructure
• Familiarity with project tracking systems like Salesforce, Pega, or Workfront
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and work under tight timelines
