Project Specialist - Supplier Management

Job Summary

Motivated and results-oriented, the full-time Project Specialist - Supplier Management will manage the vendor lifecycle and data integrity for Nordstrom Made, supporting onboarding, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional priorities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the approval process and onboarding of new suppliers while maintaining vendor records
• Manage large data sets for reporting and decision-making, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Facilitate vendor communication and outreach, aligning with corporate department goals and strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or accessories supply chain/manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to gather and report data effectively
• Ability to quickly learn new applications as necessary
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
