Project Success Manager

Job Summary

Managing a multi-hundred MW portfolio of solar and battery development projects, the full-time Project Success Manager will oversee execution from lease signature to commercial operation date, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution among all stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a structured engagement system to keep building owners informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and resolve risks to project timelines and economics, providing guidance on trade-offs when necessary
• Lead quarterly reviews with owner stakeholders, presenting progress and upcoming milestones in solar and battery projects

Required qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, commercial real estate, or renewable energy development
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain rigor across various parties
• Strong communication skills, particularly in translating complex technical or legal details for non-technical audiences
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to building operational functions
• Demonstrated ownership of project outcomes rather than merely advising on them
