Project Valuation Associate
Job Summary
Supporting financial modeling and valuation work, the full-time Associate, Project Valuation & Analytics will develop financial models, analyze market assumptions, and prepare materials for investment reviews in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update financial models for utility-scale renewable energy projects
- Conduct valuation analysis including IRR, NPV, and cash flow projections
- Assist with preparation of investment memos, lender presentations, and financial summaries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy, project finance, energy consulting, or investment banking
- Exposure to financial modeling and infrastructure or energy project economics
- Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Ability to synthesize quantitative analysis into clear insights
