Job Summary

Seeking a remote Promotional Products Specialist, this full-time role will drive revenue by developing strategic relationships, managing a strong pipeline of opportunities, and sourcing high-quality promotional products while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new and expansion opportunities, engaging with customers to grow and close deals
• Leverage vendor relationships to source cost-effective promotional products and negotiate terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute complex custom orders and mentor team members on best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the promotional products industry, preferably on the distributor side
• Proven experience in consultative sales and pipeline management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a background in problem-solving
• Excellent professional English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
